Leslie M. Stratton IV, President and Founder of L & C Stratton Co., Inc., with thirty-plus years of experience in the window, door and building material industry represents millwork and fenestration related manufacturers to Lumber Yards, Building Material Dealers and Distributors in Louisiana, Mississippi and west Tennessee.
Prior to forming L & C Stratton Co., Inc, Les Stratton served as President and COO of a major regional window manufacturer, and held this position for 14+ years. He advanced to this position from a sales and marketing background.
His sales and marketing experience includes nine years as V.P. Sales & Marketing for a national window & door manufacturer; Vice President of a wholesale distribution company; and Vice President - Operations of a multi-location building material supply company.
With a hands-on approach and a close to the customer philosophy, Les has developed a proven track record in pioneering new product lines and substantially increasing his represented manufacturers’ market share in Louisiana, Mississippi and West Tennessee.
